About Role

1- Specialist Manpower Planning
Full Time

Responsibilities

• Perform researches on HR Technology trends, propose new HR improvements on current programs and recommends solutions by acting as key player in defining how leverage processes and technology trends in delivering high quality and efficiency.
• Make sure the high level of satisfaction among all the users on all HRD initiatives and programs and provide support to them.
• Manage the policies and standards associated with the usage of HCM applications, to ensure compliance by all users, including but not limited to SAP Success Factors, KRONOS and GRP systems.
• Responsible for data analysis of projects in order to provide subject matter expert recommendations for a more enhanced and efficient approach.
• The role is required to work in a matrix organisation working closely with HRD management and other business leaders in bringing about significant change in the areas of HCM.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering from a recognized university
• Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
• Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
