1- Sponsorship Manager
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sponsorship sales plan for attracting sponsorship partners for the event in an effective manner to achieve the event KPI.
  • Manages all sponsorship activities. Responsible for sponsor prospecting, proposal customization (playbook) and presentation, sponsors onboarding, contract revision and servicing, sponsor follow-up and support.
  • Interface with the Project team and manage online and offline sponsorship programs to ensure a steady stream of prospects and future sales.
  • Submit prospect activity, and forecast reports to the Project Team on a regular weekly basis.

Job Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate has several years of working in the field of sponsorship and events.
  • Must be able to use good judgment and work independently in a multi-task position within a dynamic, team-based environment with solid time-management and organization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and strict attention to detail is imperative. 
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • The want and drive to roll your sleeves up to make sure we deliver the best MOTN project to date.
  • At least 5 years large scale event experience.
  • Dubai experience is a must. 
  • Must be available immediately.
