About Role
1- Russian / French Speaker – Store Manager
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Set, communicate, monitor, and achieve the highest standards of customer care.
B- Recruit, train, motivate and develop the team to Optimise store performance to reflect the brand qualities. Ensure all staff have excellent product knowledge and are regularly trained on new merchandise.
C- Overall responsibility for the store recruitment
D- Actively manage all direct expense budgets.
F- Ensure all team/department reporting is completed on a timely basis
Requirements:
A- Demonstrable success gained in a store manager position preferably with a recognised retail brand with a proven track record for driving sales and profit results and training and developing a team of individuals
B- Good command of business English (written and verbal)
C- Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel & SAP) and detailed report analysis skills
D- Understand and represent the brand attributes
E- High standards of Influencing and communication skills
