About Role
1- Strategic Executive
Full Time
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities
- Participate in preparing the organization’s strategic plan, and develop, review and update the policy and strategy in line with the vision, mission and concepts of excellence.
- Spreading a culture of excellence across the organization.
- Full supervision of the total quality management system, and work on its creation and development.
- Full supervision of the institutional performance management system, and the process of measuring and reviewing the results of institutional performance.
- Carrying out the institutional self-evaluation process, and benefiting from the results in the process of improvement and development in the institution.
- Measuring the satisfaction of employees, customers and suppliers, and continuous analysis to discover obstacles and provide proposed solutions to the concerned party to do the necessary.
Requirements
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or above.
- Experience in the same field for 3 years or more.
- High knowledge of the requirements of total quality management.
- High knowledge of requirements for obtaining local and international quality certificates such as ISO, HACCP
- High capabilities in preparing procedures for quality requirements and models.
