Job Description
The Supply Planner is responsible for master production scheduling & the allocation of raw material, work in process, excess & obsolete inventory. This position is a key driver in ensuring adequate inventory is available to deploy in fulfillment of customer demand, while minimizing distressed product risks.
Responsibilities
A- Analyze client transportation schedules
B- Optimize transportation schedules by leveraging Swvl optimization technology
C- Verify networks built by optimization process, ensuring feasibility within client specifications.
D- Liaise with research & development team to provide feedback to further improve optimization products.
Requirements
A– At least 2 years of experience working in UAE transportation related function.
B- Experience of working with data sets in excel or google sheets.
C- Self-starter with willingness to learn and take hands on ownership.
D- Multicultural teamwork ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
E- Combination of technical know-how with empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.
F- High degree of confidence in dealing with difficult conversations and experience of performance management.
G- Willingness to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
H- High levels or self-motivation and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
