About Role
1- Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities
- Analyze the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements
- Measure the performance of HR Recruiters and provides feedback to them
- Analyze the recruitment software and implements changes and improvements
- Monitor trends on the job market and analyzes the recruitment data available in the organization.
- Develop and conduct training sessions on recruiting practices for the departments.
- Conduct research, studies, and drafts/compile reports of findings and recommendations.
Requirements
- Goal-driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes, and coaches employees to meet high performance standards.
- Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
- 8 years of working experience.
- Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
- Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
