1- Team Leader Mortgages

Job Responsibilities:
A- To manage the team of Relationship Officers accruing mortgage loans, ensure delivery of quality service to the customers, project a professional image, and maintain operational controls and continuous improvement in operational efficiency with an aim to meet budgeted volumes for mortgage loans.
B- To build, develop and maintain relationship with the ‘Management Team’ and ‘senior brokers’ of Real Estate Agencies in Dubai (With Existing tie-ups), to ensure sustainable and healthy pipelines of new prospective mortgage customers.
C- Establishing new Real estate relationships on a quarterly basis
D- Provide leadership, coaching and support to the team members by setting objectives and targets, evaluating progress, managing performance, developing needs.
E- Provide front-end credit checks for all the files generated to ensure that they meet the broad policy guidelines.
F- Liaise with credit to obtain the approval of all loans and with Credit Operations for completion of documentation and disbursal.
Job Requirements:
A- Thorough knowledge of Mortgages – from sales, front end credits and process perspective.
B- Leadership skills to lead and motivate a team of sales
C- Thorough knowledge of the Mortgage Product and the market conditions
D- Knowledge of local legal system as applicable to Banking
