1- Telephone Operator
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Receive each guest call in a professional and friendly manner
B- Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure smooth service delivery
C- Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services
D- Maintain an awareness of guest profile through the Opera guest profile system
E- Ensure the proper operation of the Guest Service Center, resulting in fast and efficient transferring of internal and external calls
F- Take messages for guests and management as per the required standard.
Job Requirements:
A- Minimum Diploma or Bachelors in any discipline
B- 0-1 years industry experience
C- GCC experience preferred.
