Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
1- Responsible for the development and overall management of high quality events to agreed briefs, meeting financial budgets
and ensuring the team stick to strict deadline and deliver excellent events
2- Ensure project plan and event meeting schedule is always up to date and communicated with client regularly
3- Create, maintain and monitor individual budgets for all events that you are directly responsible for, working creatively to maintain cost control and quality of event, including identification of and negotiating with venues, suppliers, contractors etc.
4- Liaise with the marketing team, sales team and event programming team in order to keep event projects on track
5- Ensure the smooth execution of event production and logistics, including preparation of all event materials, planning and co- ordination of events programme – location of rooms, exhibition, refreshments breaks, signage etc.
