Title: Training Advisor
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Drive and execute technical engagements and early adoption with selected customers and partners leading to locally relevant wins of new Alibaba Cloud technologies. This includes early engagement via workshops, labs, and trainings with customers and partners.
B- Drive international team internal enablement program by mobilizing Group expertises
C- Build long-lasting relationships with technical influencers to further broaden demands in the market.
D- Deliver training service which incorporate our strategy, mission and technology with our sales and business development methodologies to internal customers and partners
E- Conduct customer and partner training using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based learning, online learning and labs
F- Work with key vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, effective training content be designed and delivered
G- Assist in the development of a formalized Train-the-Trainer program to enable local potential trainers
Job Requirements:
A- Five years above working experience in IT technology company especially working for enterprise level products or service
B- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that enable comprehension and resolution of complex business and technical issues
C- Good communication and presentation skills, has public speech or trainer background will be a plus
D- Fluent English language speaking and writing. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus as the role will need to coordinate with HQ in China.
