1- Facilities Engineer
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1- Conduct Meeting with Commercial Buildings Owners Association Management
2- Commercial Buildings’ contractor/Fit out vendor site induction coordination. Move-in and Move out coordination
3- Issuance of penalty for Community Violations and coordinate with residents to comply with general liability guidelines
4- Provide technical support and advice to the dedicated team to improve their performance.
5- Monitor the account budget and ensure that all services are provided within the allocated budget without jeopardizing the required standard of installation.

Job Requirements:

1- Minimum degree qualification in an engineering related field
2- Minimum of 5- 8 years of experience in a commercial building management field with a recent history of working in the facility management environments. In-depth experience in managing service providers, customers and property related services is a prerequisite as is the management of technical biased team
3- Sound knowledge and proven record in the facility management of large accounts for Hard Services
4- Well refined MIS reporting knowledge
