1- Administration Assistant Coordinator
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Collate monthly hours from countries
B- Set up an automated systems to reduce manual hours
C- Create data base and maintain all safety activities outside of GSHRMIS
D- All safety related administration
E- Support both Managing Director and Safety Supervisor with safety activity in both SP and ASC.
Job Requirements:
A- Degree level or
B- UPS experience with transferable skills to the above role
C- Good command of English language (verbal and written)
D- Good numerical skills
E- Previous working experience in a diverse environment with direct exposure to internal stakeholders across multiple countries
