What you will bring to this job?
1- Monitor market dynamics and trends to anticipate opportunities and risks
2- Work hand on hand with all relevant stakeholders of the local team to excel at the offering, processing, and acceptance rate of our Trade-In solutions.
3- Regularly review and redefine pricing strategies with the relevant stakeholders for both Teslas and Non-Teslas to maximize intake volumes and profitability
4- Review, define and implement inspection and intake processes in your market to increase in accuracy and efficiency.
5- Establishment and management of all non-retail sales channels such as auction partners or other special channels
What we expect from you?
1- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Used Cars, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets/goals
2- A Used Car Expert, who fully understands the ins and outs of this industry across the UAE.
3- An entrepreneurial mindset that identifies and exploits opportunities
4- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
5- Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner that others want to work with
6- Familiar and comfortable managing large data sets and reporting
7- Great problem solving skills, and strong ability to take initiative and be proactive.
