About Role
1- VP & Head of Performance Management- International
Full Time
Abu Dhabi, UAE
Responsibilities
- Report and Explain month end actuals for International Division each month
- Use applied understanding of geographical financials (both onshore and offshore)
- Manage compilation of International Division budget including acting as key point of contact for Group FPA and Country CoFs/HoFs
- Multi-perspective analysis showing balance sheet, capital and P&L impact of strategy execution
- When requested, assist Country Financial teams with HO engagement on issues pertaining to financial control
- Ensure completion of activities related to project initiatives such as documentation of business requirements and finance user acceptance testing
- Support Representative offices with monthly financial operation and financial control processes that support the Rep office operations e.g. payments, funding, HO journals
- Prepare the annual budget and financial forecasts for the Rep offices
- Act as SPOC for International Division Financials for International CFO & CEO, CIB & International CFO and Group Head of FPA
- Uphold the integrity of financial information through establishing and enacting required controls and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of International Division Financial Information supplied to executive management
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics
- Professional qualifications such as ACA / CPA / MBA
- Minimum 10-12 years of relevant Financial Management experience with Financial Modelling experience valued
- Able to produce high quality financial presentations that can simplify complex information
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Hands-on approach; able to work independently and diligently on all matters
- Collaborative professional who can motivate, manage and lead by example
- Multi-task, prioritize deliverables with a balance between attention to detail and timely decision making
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an inherent ability to network and build relationships
- Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders across business and enablement functions
