About Role
1- Web Specialist
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
- Management of strategic direction and everyday operations of our global website. Support regional teams to ensure business unit websites meet global standards
- Manage migration and implementation of all business unit websites onto Sitecore CMS, providing UX, content and strategic support to regional business units
- Analyse website performance and make recommendations in order to optimize the performance and visibility
- Management of web platform, including timely implementation of enhancements and UX improvements, tracking budget
- Identify opportunities to leverage our websites to deliver on global comms plans and business needs. Translate these into presentations to gain buy-in from stakeholders and manage execution of recommendations in a timely manner.
- Planning, creating, and producing website content (in partnership with our agencies and in house content team), to support our brand and communication objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience, at least 5 years to website project management
- Strong grasp of CMS – at least 5 years experience with Sitecore
- Must be able to work with stakeholders and developers and be the medium to project manage tasks with the regions and IT
- Experience in creating creative marketing pieces and planning content for Social Media Outlets
- Positive attitude, strong initiative, attention to detail, rapid response rate with good multitasking and organisational ability
