Title: Logistics Executive
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse by following all guidelines set in.
B- Be responsible to coordinate and communicate between the sales team and plant for the requirements and ensure that the requirements are well met.
C- Ensure daily communication to sales team on the status of sales orders.
D- Ensure smart and business wise utilization of internal resources – pickups so that there is no waste of resources due to unplanned movements.
E- Ensure systematic replenishment of stocks for the warehouse so that there are no stock outs for the products agreed to maintain stock levels.
F- Ensure good management of all staff in control and achieve good satisfaction, performance and motivation.
Job Requirements:
A- Good knowledge of logistics activities.
B- Good mathematics knowledge.
C- Good influencing, communication and interpersonal skills.
D- Good commercial skills, initiative and confidence to interact with superiors.
E- Minimum 3-6 years qualification experience in Logistics preferably in Lubricants or similar industry
F- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics experience preferable
