Title: Maintenance Leader
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Responsible for reducing the likelihood of failures with equipment & facilities that could affect the operation performance and potentially our employees and customers.
B- Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines.
C- Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.
D- Supervise employees and contractors/suppliers who perform maintenance and tool making.
E- Prepare and manage maintenance plans and budgets.
F- Develop preventive maintenance program and corrective action by machine.
G- Works closely with Plant Leadership and Operations to deploy Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
B- Significant experience in equipment and factory maintenance and/or operations.
C- Experience driving daily preventive maintenance for automated equipment, cranes, furnaces, compressed air systems, HVAC, chillers, etc…
D- Focused, quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed
E- Problem solver, analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker.
F- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
G- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
