Title: Managing Director
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Monitor and visit regularly markets and distributors
B- Engage with Brand Managers to build trustworthy and effective partnerships
C- Every year, build market business plan, including market strategy, retail/wholesale and purchase projections, assortment, capex projects, trade plan and A&P and follow up with the Brand Manager on a quarterly basis. Negotiate over-investment, if applicable
D- Set up regular meetings with key markets and business reviews on a quarterly basis (for key markets)
E- Build strong acumen of market new developments and opportunities and make recommendations to MD and team
F- Set up price structure and negotiate contracts, if necessary
Job Requirements:
A- Min 6-year prior experience in perfumes and cosmetics
B- Experience in Export
C- Excellent organizational, analytical and inter-personal skills. Ready to work in a polyvalent, fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment
D- Languages: English and French a plus
