Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Developing and implementing production methods
B- Recommending and implementing improvements in the production process
C- Overseeing manufacturing engineering activities in assembly, welding, machining, milling and turning operations
D- Providing product support, manufacturing support, and failure analysis
E- Identifying and deploying lean tools & Six Sigma methodologies throughout the organization
F- Designing special tooling and fixtures for field, manufacturing and engineering use
G- Maintaining and improving all factory processes and related metrics (production efficiency, cycle times, capacity, capabilities and others as needed).
Job Requirements:
A- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
B- Have minimum 4 years experience in similar field
C- Demonstrate working proficiency in Solidworks, AutoCAD & offline CNC programming
D- new product introduction and manufacturing method and process
E- premium thread and milling experience
F- Be a Six Sigma green belt (preferable)
G- Have project management experience
