Title: Marketing Executive
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Attend meetings, draft/circulate minutes, and handle photography.
B- Manage contact database , transferring information from business cards to CRM system.
C- Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
D- Ensure effective communication between the ECCEO, DMCC Executive Office, Marketing, third parties and general contacts.
E- Prepare reports, memos, letters, presentations to the highest standards and in a timely manner.
F- Assist with logistics for the DMCC leadership and other meetings as needed.
G- Schedule meetings, invite guests, follow up and confirm attendances.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelors Degree preferred
B- Five years experience in similar position
C- Possess great time management skills, be able to act without guidance and exhibit a hard-working ethic and commitment to deliver
D- High level of computer literacy / proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
E- Working at the world’s best Free Zone with highly motivated colleagues
F- A very diverse workforce from all around the globe
