Title: Onsite Customer Admin
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Provide enhanced customer experience for internal and external customers visiting all customer-facing locations
B- Ensure that TAG show villas, Sales & Experience Center and Customer Relations office are well maintained as per TAG standards on daily basis (cleanliness, climatization, scents…)
C- Create and continuously enhance the process to meet, greet and welcome customers at different locations
D- Arrange and handle all logistics for all meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; record meeting minutes; arrange F&B and stationary
E- Liaise with IT when technical support is required for screen projections in all customer-facing locations
F- Conduct daily site inspections of all customers and guests’ locations and liaise with the Operations Team to address any matter that might arise in the different locations
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification
B- One – two years of experience in customer facing positions – Real Estate or High-end brands
C- Good interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with clients and third- party vendors while negotiating price and delivery
D- Professional and business etiquette expected at all times, in particular when dealing with third-party vendors and clients
