Title: Personal Assistant
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- To have power of attorney over matters relating to mail
B- To pass on incoming telephone calls to the employer or to the relevant departments and persons
C- To pass on internal and external telephone calls to their employer
D- To maintain a directory of the telephone numbers and addresses of people who are in continuous contact with the employer
E- To answer routine enquiries in writing or by telephone
F- Act as the point of contact between the employer and external visitors
Job Requirements:
A- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in the same position
B- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
C- Experience in arranging business trips ( ticket and hotel booking)
D- Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles
E- Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems
