1- Procurement Admin
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
- Build a database of suppliers ensuring existing portfolio is updated and new list suppliers are added.
- Evaluate new suppliers through site visits and historic scope of works.
- Collaborate with the production team to understand the scope of work, followed by selecting right suppliers to execute this work.
- Prepare budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing in line with company policy.
Requirements:
- Push back and trade off required with the suppliers, hence, strong negotiation skills is key
- Strong stakeholder management to be able to manage communication with leadership team.
- Attention to detail and comfortable with number as this role involves working with high multiple requests/data/finances and invoices.
