Title: Public Relations Officer
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Prepare Invoices & Delivery orders for duty payment of customs.
B- Coordinate for worldwide transfers between our Middle East region and Paris team
C- Follow up credit notes for local transfer from Paris finance team & Monitor credit notes in system for export shipments of Retail boutiques
D- Extraction of reports from systems to support the logistics of wholesale partners, Share Statement of Accounts (SOA) to WHS & payment follow up
E- Documentation & coordination with forwarders for weekly customs clearance.
Job Requirements:
A- Bac + 2 profile looking for a nice experience in a dynamic team
B- Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint
C- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
D- Excellent follow-up skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
E- Team player and able to collaborate with multiple supervisors
F- Willingness to learn and execute, Strong communication skills
G- Fluent in English
