Title: Quantity Surveyor
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Express technical, economic, and financial opinion and advice regarding government procurement and contribute to the preparation of economic feasibility studies.
B- Coordinating with the concerned authorities to set and standardize specifications.
C- Taking the procedures of announcing the works to be offered in public tenders.
D- Follow-up of the procurement processes related to works contracts, from submitting the application and presenting it to the competent committee in conducting assignment orders and completing the contracting procedures.
E- Conducting studies on offers and prices submitted by contractors and suppliers in terms of details after opening tenders and conducting analysis and comparisons to choose the most suitable offer.
F- To supervise the creation of purchase orders for housing services (grants and projects) in the government procurement system (PO).
