Title: Safety Officer
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Contributes to achieving department’s business objectives by meeting assigned goals.
B- Delivers safety induction training to new recruits.
C- Evaluates periodically training needs associated with EMS occupational health and safety risks, develops appropriate training programs and delivers training to employees.
D- Conducts a pre-start-up safety inspection on all installation and full modernization projects in order to identify potential hazards before they have the ability to cause an injury and provides his clearance for job start-up.
E- Conducts periodic in-progress site safety Inspections in order to identify unsafe work practices and conditions that could injure company employees and deliver toolbox talk.
Job Requirements:
A- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in the elevators field.
B- Ability to communicate in the English language fluently.
C- Ability to produce written reports in the English language with clearly organized thoughts using proper sentence construction, punctuation, and grammar.
