Title: Sales Support
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Assist the sales team in matters related to sales promotion of R&S equipment for the assigned customer segments, sales visits coordination, promotional literature advertisement, sales presentations, seminars, demos etc;
B- Maintain the consolidated customer database;
C- Responsible to maintain CRM opportunities and draft regular Sales Reports;
D- Remote Customer Relationship Management (CRM);
E- Assist GOV team for bid compilation for tender, offer and calculation sheet signatures and other related certificates for tenders / bids, in line with the company policies
Job Requirements:
A- Degree in engineering, communications technology, computer science or a comparable field and/ or several years of professional experience in (Technical) Sales Support;
B- Knowledge of radiofrequency communications (transmitter, receivers, antenna, satellite communications, mobile phone communications, ) will Independent and proactive manner of working;to 2 years of experience in Customer Service
D- Strong analytical, strategic and communication skills
E- Confidence, result oriented and creativity describes your character;
F- Fluent command of English (written and spoken);
