What we are looking for?

Dynamic, creative, solution-orientated and results driven individual.
Improve and optimise the profitability of every outlet.
Lead the Food & Beverage team to provide the highest standard of service.
Enforce the implementation of food safety programs throughout the entire division.
Maintain a high quality service.
Plan the yearly theme, events and activities.
Take responsibility for branding, revenue and management of Food & Beverage staff.
Take responsibility of all Food & Beverage-related contracts, inclusive of but not limited to outlets, performers and suppliers

Minimum requirement?

Has a passion for Food & Beverage.

Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5-star hotel environment.
Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader.
Communicates and writes with fluency in English.
Must be creative and have the ability to lead change.
Follows the market trends closely.
Enjoys presenting to the senior leadership team.
Self-driven, goal-oriented and willing to challenge the status quo.
Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times.

2 | Banquet Manager | Apply For Job

What we are looking for?

Previous experience in luxury hospitality/customer service.

What will you do?

Implement service standards and procedures to ensure that they are achieved and followed by proper training, supervision and control.
Rotate and schedule all staff in order to provide full coverage for efficient service and to maximize productivity.
Maintain an effective orientation and training program for all new staff and to constantly re-train old staff to maintain the specified standard of service.
Motivate, educate and develop staff on a continuous basis to achieve an overall maximum of efficiency and confidence.
Minimize guest complaints, but if it should occur, to take remedial action immediately.
Ensure that all guests are greeted and seated courteously without delay at a properly set and clean table.
Ensure that all guests are served promptly.
To check on the mise-en-place daily.
Check on guest satisfaction by talking to the guest.
Stress the importance of personal cleanliness, grooming and that the staff do not deviate from the prescribed uniform.
Constantly on the look for ways and means to improve the smooth running of the operation.
Work closely with the Sous Chef in charge of the Kitchen on quality and cost control of food.
Coordinate with the Chief Steward and bar service for the back-up services.

3 | Nail Technician | Apply For Job

What we are looking for?

Experience in a luxury spa setting.
Well versed in a wide array of nails treatments.
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to recommend & upsell the treatments/services.
Communicated effectively with colleagues/management.

What will you do?

Ensure guests are welcomed in a warm and inviting manner.
Advise guests on what services are offered and tailor to their needs.
Contribute to the upkeep of cleanliness & tidiness standards within the spa.
Remain available for training on new nails treatments and services.
ensuring that all guests receive requested treatments and service to the highest level of professionalism in accordance with the Spa’s vision and objectives.
Has excellent knowledge of the nails and skin and can adapt each treatment according to the needs of the guest and is knowledgeable on proper nail and cuticle care techniques and any contraindications .
Provide a level of service which exceeds all guest expectations by completing all treatments in a consistent and thorough manner, in the time allocated and by treating all clients with individual attention.
Respond to all guest requests in a courteous manner.
Develop and maintain appropriate and quality relationships with the nail spa guests.
