Title: Store Manager
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success
B- Analyze relevant data to probe and challenge the status quo
C- Drive continuous improvements in the store’s sales, productivity and profitability
D- Ensure the legal and financial integrity of the store
E- Lead service by example, maximizing the amount of time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floor
F- Ensure there is always a manager on duty on the sales floor, focusing team members on the customer and on selling when you are not able to assume the responsibility yourself
Job Requirements:
A- Strong communication and organisation skills
B- Relationship building with Customers, colleagues, vendors & support functions (eg. VM Facility services etc)
C- Strong People Management skills
D- Strong knowledge of retail operations
E- Preferably a minimum of 4 year’s experience managing a Fashion/sport retail store
F- Fluency in English – and preferably Arabic
