Title: Team Lead Facilities
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- In this role you will be required to inspect, perform work and preventative maintenance in all aspects and general maintenance of facilities structures and equipment.
B- The role will require that all technical tasks assigned are carried out efficiently and are to highest professional standards.
C- You will be expected to demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to communicate well with other departments and lead effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
D- You will execute work within established procedures, PPGs and SOPs Key.
Job Requirements:
A- Our ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in a specific Facilities maintenance trade and attended a Trade School or upper education.
B- You will need to be able to work to complete assigned task with no supervision and train other Technicians.
C- Additionally, you be required to sustain assigned aspects of the property in adherence to typical facilities maintenance procedures, this to include but not limited to: Electrical, Mechanical, Kitchen, Painting, Carpentry, Audio and Visual systems, Fire life safety systems, recreational water systems, Hotel rooms and public areas, exterior resort features. etc.
