Title: Trading Assistant
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Keep and maintain daily tracking of vessel movements
B- Data quality maintenance e.g. vessel’s tracking, daily indications/prices
C- Processing of sales and purchase orders
D- Assisting on tender material
E- Data entry into our IT system (NAV)
Job Requirements:
A- Relevant administrative education
B- Experience from a similar position e.g. as Sales Coordinator or Assistant
C- Experience with NAV is an advantage
D- Experienced user of Microsoft Office
E- Fluent in both written and verbal English
