1- VIP Account Manager
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
- Manage on a daily basis close relationships and support with our VIP users.
- Keep track and monitor the VIP users activity on a daily basis including sales and up-sale promotions.
- Gather feedback and propose improvements to customer experience.
- Cross-teamwork with all aspects of marketing, monetization, features, and products.
- Build and deliver ongoing content, promotions, and activities – where the KPI is to bring players to their next level.
Requirements:
- VIP Account Manager previous experience in B2C gaming, e-commerce, Live Streaming Industry.
- Previous position at sales or customer support roles.
- Strong communicator, customer-centric, proactive and target driven.
- Prior experience with support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, etc).
